After signing on I chose this canference to see if msgs I entered in that othe
BBS were shown in the list of msgs .
They were not
I thought the two BBS's were Siamese Twins, NOPE
Ed
Mike, I didn't know Moe's was still around
Now you got me trying to recall the BBS's Name way back when I Joined here My thoughts are something about Railroads and Trains....
OH! PAN-AM BBS finally popped into my head.
It has been a long time.
IIRC, I saw post from you on either The Volunteer BBS and/or The Prizm BBS a Joined after Janis went to New York State.
Yes, it is still around answering dial up and telnet calls. I think Pan-American was what I called it for a while after moving to Frankfort
and before settling on Capitol City Online.
I like GT Power software so much I never could quite retire it after
setting Synchronet up for web traffic.
I miss those days with the Volunteer, Deckmann's Exchange, and several, several others. I don't know if you heard but Janis passed a way a year
or two ago. :(

I seldom look at GTPower pages on CCO.
Is anyone other than Daryl using GTPower software?
Hope You and Your Family a good Easter day.
No not even Daryl is using it anymore. I think I am the only one. ;)
Same!

GTPower was the first BBS I saw some people that were in other Countries. Taiwan is one place I remember a writer was from.

>FSX Net has many in Australia and New Zealand using it.
That was the first BBS where I had contact outside of the country
(and province) back around 1993..
I mainly made several fairly close friends from Australia back in
those days that we locals talked with regularly for many years.. B)

■ SLMR Rob ■ I value your opinion but did not ask for it

Rob, Which BBS Network did you mean, GTPOSER or FSX?
Rob, I hate it when android substitutes letters in words I tap.>I meant GTPOWER instead of GTPOSER as the phone thinks I wanted to write.

>I need to review my my posts before tapping the Send button, don't I?
Ha.. I saw that and almost corrected your text in the original message
once I realized it was a typo and not another Network I wasn't aware of.
No one likes a Poser... B)
I thought it might have been a subtle joke... or dig! :D

All this time I thought You (Mike) only swapped GT packets with Daryl.
I was suprised the other day to see post from Rob here.
His post today about you sending him email update packets made my mind clear why Robs post was here in this echo.
Lately, I noticed my Log Ons were the only ones shown after I logged on.
I was thinking I was your only user making the CCO BBS computers HDD making noise in your house.
Ed
Still not Mister Know It All. But trying.
Rob is a QWK mail user here. I am able to automate sending QWK packets via email so that is how he uses the BBS.
That log on list doesn't show ftp (QWK mail) users. It also doesn't show
me and sometimes seems to leave other users off. You and Rob would be the two most prolific posters here. I have another few users who call in
regular to Moe's (the GT BBS) to play old DOS door games, but they rarely post in the echoes.

Mike after sending the other post today, I looked at the list of>Sign Ins and saw I wasn't the only onein the list.
>Sign Ins and saw I wasn't the only onein the list.
>Someone (possibly Rob) from Toronto had their name in the list.
Not I!.. I've never signed into Mike's BBS, and I live up near
Parry Sound, a couple of hours North of Toronto.. B)
