I'm an old BBSer from the good ol' days in the '90s -- I put many hjours into this crazy hobby (some would say too many, but I disagree -- I say t here's not enough hours to do both BBSing & real life, so I made my choices, day by day.
I'm a married dad in western Canada, in a sub-burp of Vancouver(think 2010 Winter Olympics & a couple Stanley Cup riots, or think Seattle, but more North, without guns, & with free healthcare.
I have adusabilty, & work part time contacting doctors & hospitals globally to make contracts for & with the company I work for.
I'm currently doing my work Down Under, so their next day to mine is weird, as I need to begin work at 16h00 Sundays to get them at 09h00+ on their Monday, starting in the east with New Zealand.
My basic hobbies sre this, books, & rabbnl,e-roysing, politically in my city, province, & country, tyrying to get fair treatment for those modt often sidelined by society & governhment policies/acts, namely the poor, seniors, disabled, veterans, single moms, & the like. . .
It's slow foing, but it helps to be allied wioth a few hasrd hitting groups
who have bneen doing this longer than I have.
I'm a stubborn old fart, cranky, & not easily give to accepting whatever
is "trending", just because everyone else is.
I read & research a lot so tendto not talk out of my hat. But I don't always have citations, as I don't keep those kinds of notes unless on a paid project. (The lar one paid me $30 to provide a certain category of indformation to a Crown Corpotration; then, of coursem, I keep asdetailed a record of my research as determined by my contract &/or the project's purposes.
If I say it, I've reasdf it in moreeyhan one place, enough to convince me of ve Sya i, tell me of you!
